We have developed our own search technology for the StepStone site - StepMatch. It's a clear winner in delivering the best, most relevant results. Our clients can also look for CVs in our database themselves. Here also we have not only a powerful and convenient search engine but also a unique asset: CV Ranking. If a company finds too many CVs that match the basic search criteria, they can rank them on their own criteria and highlight the best candidates.
Integration with social media, mobile media and business websites
We have developed apps that let our visitors search for jobs using their smartphones, wherever and whenever they want. Companies that also use their own website or Facebook page in the recruitment process can easily integrate it with their StepStone jobs.
