Founded in 1996, StepStone is one of the most successful online job board businesses in Europe today. With over 9 million visits and more than 70,000 job listings each month, we operate some of the most powerful online job portals in the European market.
More than 16,000 well known companies, like Deutsche Telekom, Siemens, Deloitte and Daimler, successfully use StepStone in 11 European countries to recruit qualified specialists and executive staff. And beyond our own websites, we help our customers attract quality candidates with The Network, that spans more than 110 countries.
StepStone employs around 340 people in 11 countries. Everyone is focused on delivering top-quality service to all our customers, who range from small local players to global corporations in all industry sectors.
